Made from high carbon, chrome alloy steel, which hardens completely through which is normally required for this product. 63-64 HRc guaranteed.
Provide a consistent cutting surface with exceptional strength and durability. Repeated grinding will not expose soft areas, as is the case with sleeves that have been carburized or case hardened.
16 RMS surface finish on the OD with OD/ID concentricity within .001” TIR.
Customization options include:
- Complete surface restoration of worn anvils
- Dimensions, material and coating options
- Design features such as taper-lock bushings or threaded end holes.
