Hardened Anvil Sleeves
Maximize the speed and throughput of your score and crush-cutting conversion process with a hardened anvil sleeve from Alcon Tool. Made from 52100 alloy steel that’s through-hardened to 63/65 HRc, our sleeve anvils are used in a wide range of industries and applications, providing a consistent cutting surface and exceptional strength and fatigue life.
Alcon’s anvil sleeves are precision ground to 16 RMS surface finish on the OD with OD/ID concentricity specified to within .001” TIR.
