Alcon’s Wire EDM department provides unique production capacity of cutting complex designs, angles, and precisely toleranced radii in hardened material that would be prohibitively difficult to machine using traditional equipment and techniques.  Custom fixturing and stored programming are developed for each job, ensuring accuracy and process repeatability.  Additionally, Alcon offers Wire EDM services as a subcontractor, conveniently integrating with and adding value to specific needs within your production process.
